Terms and Conditions
To join one of our Power kiting, Kitesurfing and Kite buggy courses  or lessons we would expect all persons to be able bodied, able to swim at least 50 meters in the sea and to notify us of any medical condition so that we can assess all students individually.

Should you not inform us of a medical or physical condition we cannot be held in any way responsible / liable for injury, side effect both physical and mental as sustained from attending any type of course delivered by JB Kitesurfing, associated instructors and employee`s.

1. Booking and course reservation; Online booking is available to all and subject to our terms and conditions. Our current system allows payment by Google check out. Once we have your payment confrimation we will be in contact to book your preffered date ( subject to availability) or the next nearest and email your training back and lesson confrimations.

2. Payments; Payment for your course payment is in full should you book within 7 days of the start date. For courses booked in advance then a deposit of £75.00 is required to confirm and secure your pre booked course date.

Balance should be paid at least 10 days prior to your course date or by special arrangement to pay on the day.

3. Cancellation by you; should you need to cancel your booking then the following terms apply.

3.1 – Greater than 14 days prior to your course date – loss of deposit – £75.00

3.2 – 14 – 7 days prior to your course date – 50% of the total value of your booking

3.3 – Less than 7 days – %100 loss.

To cancel your booking we must receive an email and verbal confirmation.

4. Refunds
4.1 – Cash refunds are not possible.

4.2 – All refunds are made by Voucher to the value as due to be redeemed (see section 3) within 1 year of issue.

Refund vouchers will be issued once we have received a verbal and email confirmation.

5. Cancellation by us; We are dependent on wind and tide condition so whilst we are happy to travel to a kitesurfing beach where we can teach you there is the odd occasion where we can`t due to unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to reschedule your lesson to the next possible lesson date. Should re scheduling not be possible then a lesson voucher can be issued (see section 4)

5.1 – Give you as much notice as is possible.

5.2.- Re – schedule your course to the next possible date available.

We would expect students to confirm this date with 5 days as otherwise we would consider it reasonable that you are forfeiting your course.  This is purely to encourage students to actively pursue and achieve their Kitesurfing goals. (See note 4.2)

6. Re Scheduling by us; Wind is fickle and whilst tides are predictable we risk assess our local kitesurfing beach so that should conditions be too strong or to little we reserve the right to reschedule your course to the next and nearest available date.

6.1 – Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate a preferred date we do expect students to make every effort to be as flexible as possible with us.

6.2 – Should we offer you more than 3 other possible dates to complete your lessons, we deem it only fare to cancel in full with NO refund if you do not re schedule to those dates.

This is not a situation that we want, it is purely to encourage students to actively pursue and achieve their Kitesurfing goals.

7 – Re Scheduling by you – If you provide sufficient notice as per our cancellation terms above we will attempt to reschedule to a date convenient to you.

7.1 – Less than 7 days notice – Loss of deposit with course rescheduled. (If not rescheduled then Terms and conditions apply see 3.3)

 

 

 

 

 

8. Change in group size
Whilst we endeavour to make sure that your group lesson is fully booked should there be a reduction in students we reserve the right to change and amend your lesson and costs as follows;8.3  – Should your lesson be only you so 1 student booked in then we reserve the right to offer you the upgrade to a private 3 hour lesson with the additional cost of £35 per person or to reschedule your course.

8.1 – Should your group lesson have 3 students booked in there is no change.
8.2 – Should your group lesson only have 2 students booked in we reserve the right to offer you the upgrade to semi private 5 hour course at an additional cost of £35 per person or to reschedule your course.

Upgrading to our Semi private lesson the ideal way to learn to kitesurf. For the extra £35 you are taught on a 2 student not 4 student to 1 instructor basis, your training is a lot more intensive and will advance your skills quicker
